Shed Project, 01-01-2001
I decided the long edge (11-1/2 ft) was just a little bit too long for the 2x8. I contemplated replacing it with a 2x10 or 2x12 or even trying to find a way to double it up. I finally decided to put another post on the long side. This was a great idea and turned out to be a very easy job, the soil was very soft even though it was below freezing the previous few nights.
A shot from above to show that I remembered (amazing) to center the J-bolt so that the 4x4 would line up correctly when mounted to the 2x8.
